Practice Philosophy

Our mission statement is to provide superior pediatric dental care and customer service. We are committed to being an enthusiastic team, excited about our patients and their lifelong oral health. We want to make dental treatment comfortable and fun, creating positive dental experiences, so that our patients will continue good habits learned in childhood and become great adult dental patients.

It is a tremendous opportunity to watch children grow and become comfortable and confident in a dental setting. Our goal is in making visits to the dentist fun, pleasant and positive for your child. Our staff is gentle and specially trained to work with children and help them feel relaxed in the dental setting.

As your child develops the essential habits for a healthy mouth while they are young, it will benefit their overall health and self esteem the rest of their life. We believe that when a child leaves our office with a positive experience feeling good about what was accomplished, it will build their self-image and that confidence will carry over to other settings in life. At Schmidt Pediatric Dentistry our emphasis with each child is prevention. We would much rather prevent dental decay than treat it. To help toddlers get a good start, and to comply with the recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry that each child be seen by age of 1.

We utilize the latest technologies to ensure that all our patients receive the most comprehensive care possible.
